What will you do?
You will build production-grade AI and GenAI solutions using Python, contributing to a large-scale enterprise technology transformation.
You will work on LLM-based capabilities, RAG solutions, agentic workflows and integrations with an existing Java-based ecosystem while ensuring high standards of security, testing, governance and operational resilience.
Your tasks
Design and develop production-grade AI and GenAI solutions in PythonBuild and integrate LLM-based applications, RAG pipelines and agentic workflowsDevelop secure APIs, microservices and integration componentsIntegrate Python-based solutions with existing Java services and enterprise platformsEvaluate and validate AI-generated outputs using measurable quality criteriaApply human-in-the-loop controls, traceability and auditabilityContribute to technical design and architecture decisionsDevelop unit, integration, contract and automated evaluation testsFollow secure coding standards and AI governance requirementsContribute to CI/CD pipelines, quality gates and automated security checksImplement logging, monitoring, metrics and tracingIdentify and resolve technical risks, dependencies and delivery blockersSupport releases, production readiness and incident responseCollaborate with architects, Tech Leads, QA, platform and operations teamsContribute to engineering standards and continuous improvement
Your skills
4+ years of professional software engineering experience in Python and JavaHands-on experience building AI and GenAI solutionsPractical knowledge of LLM capabilities, limitations and safe usage patternsExperience designing and implementing RAG solutionsExperience with agentic or tool-using AI workflowsExperience with prompt engineering, evaluation and validation approachesKnowledge of AI governance, security, traceability and auditabilityExperience developing microservices and APIsPrevious commercial experience with Java and Java-based enterprise systemsAbility to understand, review and occasionally modify Java codeExperience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or OracleKnowledge of schema design, transactional integrity and performance optimizationStrong unit, integration and contract testing practicesExperience with CI/CD pipelines and quality gatesHands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred)Knowledge of REST, messaging and event-driven integration patternsExperience making pragmatic technical decisions in complex enterprise environmentsStrong understanding of secure software development and operational resilience
