This position requires on-site presence 3 days per week (Bucharest office). 🚀 Then what? We are looking for a Senior Frontend & UI Developer to join our client, a global technology company, and contribute to the development and evolution of a large-scale Design System used across multiple digital products and development teams. Responsibilities: Develop, evolve and maintain reusable UI components and component libraries for web applications.Build high-quality front-end components using Angular or React, based on design specifications and established UI principles.Translate Figma designs into code, ensuring visual consistency, responsiveness and a high level of attention to detail.Implement and maintain design tokens, theming and scalable UI patterns.Ensure components and interfaces meet accessibility, usability and code quality standards, including WCAG 2.1 AA.Define and maintain component states, variants, patterns and guidelines in collaboration with designers.Contribute to the documentation and governance of the Design System, ensuring components and practices are clearly structured and reusable.Collaborate closely with designers, developers and stakeholders to align design and technical solutions.Participate in workshops and contribute to UX/UI discussions, helping bridge the gap between design and development.Contribute to the evolution of front-end practices, tools and standards within the Design System community.Share knowledge and best practices with other contributors and development teams. Requirements: 8+ years of Frontend development experienceStrong experience with Angular or React, plus JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML and CSS3+ years of experience working with Design Systems, component libraries or UI-focused developmentExperience translating Figma designs into reusable, responsive UI componentsGood understanding of design tokens, theming, accessibility (WCAG 2.1 AA) and UI consistencyStrong UI mindset, attention to detail and interest in design/UXExperience collaborating closely with designers and developers in Agile environmentsEnglish C1; French is a plus 🚀 Do you recognize yourself in the "Who" and represent the "What"?
