What you'll do:
Design and develop highly scalable, cloud-native platforms on AWS.Create distributed systems, APIs, event-driven services, and core platform components.Drive engineering excellence through clean architecture, rigorous testing, code reviews, CI/CD pipelines, observability, and operational best practices.Own systems end-to-end—from initial design to production deployment and ongoing operations.Mentor fellow engineers, promoting technical excellence and best practices.Collaborate closely with product teams and AI specialists to deliver enterprise-grade software solutions.
Required Skills:
8+ years (Senior), 12+ years (Principal), or 15+ years (Sr.
Principal) of software engineering experience.Hands-on coding expertise with Python.Deep experience designing, building, and operating cloud-native applications on AWS, Azure, OCI, or GCP.Strong understanding of distributed systems, scalability, resilience, performance optimization, and security.Proven track record of delivering high-reliability production systems using modern engineering practices, including CI/CD, infrastructure as code, automated testing, and monitoring.Excellent system design skills and effective technical communication.
Nice to Have Skills:
Experience with Kubernetes, microservices architecture, event streaming, or platform engineering.Exposure to AI/LLM platforms, agentic systems, or developer platforms.Background in fintech, enterprise SaaS, or highly regulated environments.
Preferred Education & Experience:
