Description

Your Responsabilities Administer, operate and continuously improve the existing Red Hat OpenShift / Kubernetes platform Manage and maintain OpenShift projects and namespaces, including resource allocation and platform configuration Configure and troubleshoot networking, ingress, routes, services and connectivity Manage platform storage, persistent volumes, secrets and configuration Deploy, configure and maintain OpenShift Operators and manage the lifecycle of platform components Implement and maintain Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and integrate OpenShift with enterprise Identity & Access Management (IAM) solutions Support development teams with application and microservices deployment patterns Define and promote best practices for deploying and operating workloads on OpenShift Troubleshoot complex platform, networking, storage and application-related issues Monitor platform health, performance, capacity and availability Perform performance tuning and optimisation of OpenShift/Kubernetes environments Support the onboarding of new workloads onto the platform Contribute to platform hardening, security and compliance requirements Collaborate with architects, DevOps engineers, security teams and application teams Produce and maintain technical documentation, configuration standards and operational procedures Participate in incident resolution and provide technical support for production environments Your profile Experienced in OpenShift and Kubernetes administration Fluent in English and French Proven experience as an OpenShift / Kubernetes Engineer or Administrator Strong hands-on experience with OpenShift in production environments Experience with networking, storage, RBAC and secrets management Experience integrating OpenShift with IAM solutions Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Experience working within secured and production-critical environments What We Offer You will work in a company on a human scale, where every employee counts We believe in trust, transparency and autonomy Varied and innovative projects, in collaboration with clients from a wide range of sectors A human and collaborative corporate culture, where initiative is valued
