Description

We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner! The Role • Own the product vision and roadmap for post-purchase subscription management across a digital ecosystem. • Drive the end-to-end strategy for subscription management, partnering with UX, engineering, and multiple client teams. • Define and deliver a unified, transparent, and customer-first experience at scale. • Influence strategic roadmaps and lead cross-functional alignment across key digital businesses. • Experiment with data-driven outcomes, designing and executing A/B tests to validate product decisions. • Deliver precise product feature requirements and accelerate the delivery of core management experiences. What You'll Need • Bachelor's degree. • 10+ years of end-to-end product delivery experience. • Proven experience owning and driving roadmap strategy and definition. • Experience with feature delivery and managing product trade-offs. • Technical product management experience. • Experience working directly with engineers on product enhancements.
