About The Role We are seeking a talented Backend Engineer to join our dynamic team and contribute to the development of Riot’s flagship product, Awareness. This role involves designing, building, and maintaining scalable, reliable backend systems that serve millions of learners and thousands of administrators. As a key member of our engineering team, you will work closely with product managers and designers to ship new features end-to-end, ensuring high performance and robustness. You will also play a vital role in shaping the technical standards of the team, researching innovative solutions to complex problems, and leveraging AI tooling to enhance development workflows. The ideal candidate is passionate about building impactful products, eager to work in a fast-paced environment, and motivated by Riot’s mission to improve cybersecurity awareness worldwide.
