AIS experts work with our customers to architect and deliver solutions while providing customized configuration support to ensure a successful implementation. BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER The Intelligent Solutions Team is expanding! We're looking for a Business Development Manager based in UK to drive strategic growth, build strong client relationships, and identify new market opportunities. In this position, you will be responsible for developing and winning new business opportunities from ISVs and OEMs. Your role will involve continuous relationship development between the business area, regional teams, and the vendors to ensure trust and support of business objectives. You will report to the Head of Business Development and be a part of a fun, diverse team. What will you be doing at Arrow AIS? You will be responsible for developing, managing, and creating the relationship between AIS and potential customers.Identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, products, and servicesDevelop a funnel using SFDC as a CRM toolEnsure the execution of sales growth plans. Drives results through demand identification and demand creation opportunitiesPlan and oversee new business initiativesResearch organizations and key stakeholders to find new opportunitiesFind and develop new markets and improve sales by leveraging Arrow’s portfolio of integration servicesAttend conferences, meetings, and industry eventsDevelop quotes and proposals for clients What are we looking for? You have experience in a similar position in sales and/or business development within a relevant sector. Previous experience working for a Technology vendor or OEM Partner is preferredCan build and develop strategic business relationshipsYou have interacted with C level or key stakeholders from SMB and Enterprise accountsStrong knowledge of the market, and a good understanding of the added value that an OEM partner provides to the channelEffective communication with people at all levelsStrong collaboration skills within virtual team and external partners What is in it for you?
