Position: Frontend Engineer (Tailwind) Type: Contract Compensation: $30 - $90/hour Location: Remote Commitment: 10-40 hrs/week Role Responsibilities Develop and implement robust, responsive web interfaces using React and Tailwind CSS.Ensure pixel-perfect implementation and maintain a consistent, scalable design system.Collaborate cross-functionally with designers and backend engineers to deliver seamless user experiences.Optimize frontend performance by identifying and addressing bottlenecks and enforcing best practices.Contribute to the ongoing evolution of our UI architecture and component library.Champion accessibility and usability standards to deliver inclusive products.
