Full Stack Engineer

Full Stack Developer, Innovation Portfolio Platform We are looking for a full stack developer to support the launch of a strategic innovation portfolio platform for a leading Danish energy company. Duration: 27-Sep-2026 - 15-Nov-2026 Background The platform is the company's strategic digital solution for managing its innovation portfolio and supporting the end to end innovation process. Today, portfolio management relies on a mix of SharePoint sites, Excel based value models, manual reporting, PowerPoint based workflows and distributed documentation. The goal is to establish a single, integrated platform that improves transparency, decision making, portfolio governance and project execution. Vision The platform is intended to become a single source of truth for innovation activities, enabling: Transparent portfolio managementConsistent value calculation across projectsStage gate governance and decision supportInnovation KPI trackingBudget and resource visibilityImproved user experience for project managers, leadership and portfolio teamsScalable digital support for the innovation operating model Current status A proof of concept has already been built and integrated into the company's architecture, including Single Sign On and core portfolio functionality. Stakeholder interviews, user research, UX design, backlog creation and product vision work have been completed to prepare the platform for its first production release. What you will do Working full time as part of a team with product owner and design support (two week sprints), you will help take the platform from proof of concept to a production ready solution. This includes implementing user stories, business logic, dashboards, analytics, APIs and data models, and ensuring the solution is deployable, maintainable and cloud hosted.
