The next challenge is for a Backend Engineer who thrives in execution mode, someone who wants to build, ship, and make a direct impact from day one. What you'll be doing Own your code from architecture to deployment, you'll take full responsibility for the backend systems you build.Build for scale and stability design and implement backend services that are robust, maintainable, and ready to grow with us.Shape technical direction collaborate with product, design, and engineering peers to translate product goals into scalable systems.Lead through delivery work autonomously, communicate clearly, and execute with focus. No micromanagement, just ownership.Raise the bar apply best practices like TDD, DDD, and Clean Architecture as a natural part of your workflow. What we're looking for Someone who executes with confidence, not someone looking to be coached.Proven experience building scalable backends in a production environment.Deep understanding of modern backend architecture: APIs, data modeling, system design.A bias toward action: you prefer building over theorizing, and take full accountability for delivery.A true team player who communicates clearly and thrives in a no-nonsense, flat structure.Affinity with, or curiosity about, the world of digital healthcare is a plus: you'll be working on software held to strict standards for MDR compliance and information security, with real impact on how clinicians do their work.
