As a high-impact HealthTech company (1-10 employees), we operate at the cutting-edge intersection of LLMs, clinical depth, and medical device regulation. The RoleAs our first Product Management hire, you will take full end-to-end ownership of our product strategy, discovery, specification, delivery, and adoption. Key Responsibilities End-to-End Ownership: Lead product strategy, prioritization, and roadmapping across therapeutic and administrative surfaces, making trade-offs explicit.Deep User Discovery: Engage directly with psychotherapists through sales/support calls, site visits, and workflow observations to translate real-world pain points into scalable solutions.AI Quality & Evaluation Systems: Partner with clinical science and engineering to define what "good" looks like for AI-generated reports and clinical notes. Candidate Profile & Requirements Must-Haves: Experience: 4+ years in product management on a complex B2B software product where product design—not process management—was the core challenge.LLM Expertise: Strong understanding (or fast learning capacity) regarding LLM evaluation, prompting, failure modes, and what it takes to transition a demo into a production-grade feature.Written Communication: Exceptional ability to write clear specs, problem statements, and decision memos as primary working tools.Technical Autonomy: Technical enough to prototype with modern AI tools independently without waiting for engineering proof-of-concepts.Domain & Regulatory Appetite: Eagerness to quickly master psychotherapeutic documentation standards and operate within regulated frameworks (e.g., EU MDR).Languages: Professional fluency in both German (C1) and English (C1).Mindset: Hands-on by default, highly autonomous, diligent, and deeply committed to user success.
