Job Summary : You are an experienced Automation Platform Engineer, DevOps Engineer, or Infrastructure Specialist with a passion for building and operating scalable, resilient, and secure technology platforms. You thrive in enterprise environments, enjoy automating complex infrastructure processes, and are committed to ensuring platform reliability, security, and operational excellence. You have hands-on experience managing hybrid infrastructure environments, implementing Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) solutions, and supporting mission-critical production systems. You are comfortable working in fast-paced, multicultural environments and have strong communication skills in both Thai and English. Key Roles and Responsibilities : Operate, manage, and optimize scalable, resilient, and secure Technology Automation Platforms.Build, maintain, and support hybrid infrastructure environments across on-premises and cloud platforms.Design, develop, and manage Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) solutions using automation tools and CI/CD pipelines.Ensure platform availability, reliability, performance, security, and disaster recovery readiness.Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, monitoring, patching, upgrades, and security controls.Support application release management and production deployment activities.Perform incident investigation, root cause analysis, troubleshooting, and problem resolution for infrastructure and platform-related issues.Collaborate closely with development, operations, security, and engineering teams to continuously improve platform capabilities and operational efficiency.Implement monitoring, observability, and logging solutions to ensure system health and performance.Contribute to platform modernization initiatives and adoption of DevOps best practices. Required Technical and Professional Expertise 1.Minimum 2 years of experience in one or more of the following areas: Linux or Windows System AdministrationMiddleware AdministrationCloud InfrastructureDevOps EngineeringContainer PlatformsInfrastructure AutomationExperience supporting enterprise-scale or mission-critical production environments.Strong understanding of automation, CI/CD practices, and Infrastructure-as-Code methodologies.2.Hands-on experience with several of the following technologies: MongoDBRedisPostgreSQLApache KafkaElasticsearchLokiOpenTelemetryHashiCorp VaultApache TomcatArgoCDAnsibleAWS Cloud ServicesTerraformAPI Integration and Management3.Experience with monitoring, logging, observability, and performance tuning. 4.Strong troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving skills. 5.Ability to work effectively in a multicultural, high-pressure environment. 6.Fluent communication skills in Thai and English.
