Duties and Responsibilities
Write and maintain reliable, high-quality code.Develop front-end and back-end components.Identify and resolve bottlenecks and bugs.Develop and maintain REST APIs.Write unit tests and perform end-to-end testing.Prepare release plans and deploy applications across Test, Acceptance, and Production environments.Collaborate with the development team to refine features and user stories, ensuring requirements are clear before sprint planning.Participate in Agile sprint ceremonies.Mentor and guide junior team members.Support the solution architect with design specifications when required.
Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree is an advantage).Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in large-scale software development environments.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Self-motivated team player with excellent interpersonal and customer-focused skills.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Accurate, systematic, and quality-driven approach.Practical, flexible, and proactive mindset.Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively under deadlines.Ability to understand the impact of technical decisions on end users and customers.
