AI Engineer

Job Overview We are looking for motivated and technically capable AI Engineers to work on practical Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning solutions. The role involves working with Machine Learning, Large Language Models, Generative AI, Natural Language Processing, Retrieval Augmented Generation, vector databases, AI powered search, classification, summarization, information extraction, and related AI technologies. This opportunity is open to both fresh graduates with strong AI or ML projects and experienced professionals with relevant practical exposure. Key Responsibilities • Develop and implement AI and Machine Learning models and applications • Build solutions using Large Language Models and Generative AI technologies • Develop AI powered search, classification, summarization, and information extraction solutions • Build and integrate AI APIs and services into web and software applications • Use Python for AI, Machine Learning, automation, and application development • Perform data processing, cleaning, analysis, and preparation for AI models • Experiment with different AI models, prompts, embeddings, retrieval techniques, and architectures • Develop and work with Retrieval Augmented Generation systems and vector databases • Evaluate and improve the accuracy, reliability, and performance of AI applications • Test, troubleshoot, and optimize AI systems • Collaborate with software developers, testers, and other technical team members • Research and implement emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and tools Required Skills • Strong knowledge of Python programming • Good understanding of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning fundamentals • Knowledge of Large Language Models and Generative AI • Understanding of Prompt Engineering • Knowledge of Retrieval Augmented Generation, embeddings, and vector databases • Familiarity with AI and Machine Learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit learn, or equivalent technologies • Understanding of REST APIs and integration of third party AI services • Good understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software development concepts • Ability to test, troubleshoot, and optimize AI applications • Strong problem solving and analytical abilities Preferred Skills • Experience with OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, or other Large Language Model APIs • Knowledge of LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar AI development frameworks • Experience with vector databases or retrieval technologies such as FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate, or Chroma • Knowledge of Natural Language Processing, document processing, OCR, or information extraction • Basic knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud • Experience using Git and GitHub • Knowledge of AI agents and multi agent systems • Practical experience developing AI or Machine Learning projects Qualifications A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant technical discipline is preferred, including: • Computer Science • Artificial Intelligence • Machine Learning • Information Technology • Data Science • Software Engineering • Electronics • Other related technical fields The educational requirement is flexible for candidates who can demonstrate strong practical knowledge, technical ability, and relevant AI or Machine Learning projects.
