As our Senior Software Engineer, you’ll play a key part in driving design, development and the evolution of our Technology stack, getting hands-on with ensuring our platforms are robust, scalable and ready for what’s next. What you’ll do You’ll take ownership of work that gives us our competitive edge, including: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand user requirements and translate them into clear technical design documentsDesign scalable software architectures that support both current and future cross-functional needs, including software, hardware and communication componentsDevelop high-level system design diagrams and implement moderate-to-complex web applications across multiple platformsDesign, build, test and maintain software solutions including applications, websites, data processes and user interfacesEnsure code quality and DevOps alignment through CI/CD pipeline development and continuous improvementConduct code reviews, champion coding standards and drive adoption of engineering best practicesCollaborate with project management to define technical direction and plan delivery timelines This list covers your core responsibilities – with plenty of room to stretch, explore and take on new challenges as we grow.
