As part of THRIVE, you will have the opportunity to champion new initiatives and improve existing ones. This occurs through regular meetings with team members, and presenting ideas to people from a variety of disciplines. You will also keep track of your activities. Key/Main Responsibilities Design, customize, and develop WordPress themes and plugins using PHP, HTML, CSS, and Javascript.Work closely with design and content teams for seamless integration of designs and functionalities.Work closely with UX/UI design and content teams for seamless integration of designs, usability, and functionalities.Ensure compatibility, responsiveness, and cross-browser optimization, with a working knowledge of CDNs, GA tagging, caching, and speed requirements.Implement security measures and best practices to protect WordPress sites from vulnerabilities.Perform updates, maintenance, troubleshoot, and backups.Stay updated with the latest WordPress trends, tools, and best practices for efficient development.Effectively communicate progress and collaborate with team members, documenting code and processes for reference.A desire to make a sustainable world and better future for all.Minimum Requirements Bachelor Degree in a relevant field OR 5 years of equivalent commercial experience.
