Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer

We're building financial products where correctness, latency, and trust all matter at the same time. You'll work across the stack — Go services on the backend, React Native on mobile — and own features end to end, from schema design through to what a user taps on their phone. This is a hands-on engineering role. You'll be writing code, reviewing it, and making architecture calls with the people who have to live with them. What you'll do Design and ship backend services in Go that handle money movement, transaction processing, and third-party integrationsBuild and maintain mobile features in React Native, working closely with design and productOwn features end to end — API design, data modeling, implementation, testing, rollout, and the on-call that followsContribute to architecture decisions and technical direction, not just ticketsReview PRs and raise the bar on code quality, observability, and operational readinessDebug production issues across the stack, including the messy ones that cross service boundaries What we're looking for 5+ years of professional software development experience2+ years working as a fullstack engineer — comfortable owning both sides of an API contract2+ years of production experience with Go and/or React Native — depth in one is fine, as long as you're willing to pick up the otherSolid grounding in relational databases (PostgreSQL or similar) — schema design, indexing, and query performanceExperience running services in production: monitoring and dashboards (Grafana or similar), alerting, incident responseClear written communication and the ability to work through ambiguous requirements How you work You communicate clearly with stakeholders across engineering, product, and business, and adjust the level of detail to who you're talking toYou build short, precise feedback loops — you surface problems and decisions early rather than waiting for the next scheduled check-inYou default to collaboration: you share context, ask when you're unsure, and treat feedback on your work as a normal part of doing itYou don't draw hard lines around what's "not my job" — when something needs doing and you're closest to it, you pick it up or find the person who should Nice to have Experience building trading infrastructure in production — orderbooks, RFQ flows, matching engines, market data pipelines, or settlement systemsExperience building card payment features in production — issuing, authorization and settlement flows, processor or network integrations, chargebacks, and reconciliationExperience using AI tools across the full software development lifecycle — planning, code generation, review, testing, and documentation — with a considered view of where they help and where they don'tBackground in fintech, payments, or crypto, especially in regulated environmentsFamiliarity with workflow orchestration (Temporal or similar), Redis, and infrastructure as codeExperience leading projects or mentoring engineers — coordinating scope and delivery across a small group These are genuinely optional.
