The opportunity
We are looking for a Software Engineer who enjoys solving complex technical challenges and delivering high-quality solutions.
You'll work with modern development practices, collaborate with passionate stakeholders and play a key role in advancing technology platforms that support globally recognised research outcomes.
What You’ll Do
Develop, maintain and enhance web applications, data pipelines and enterprise servicesOwn systems end-to-end from development through to deployment and supportCreate automation, infrastructure and operational tooling using Python and Infrastructure as CodeSupport cloud and on-premises environments to ensure reliability, security and performanceContribute to CI/CD practices, release management and system monitoring
What You’ll Bring
Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or equivalent industry experienceExperience developing front-end applications using React and TypeScriptStrong Python development and automation skillsExperience working with databases, SQL and data troubleshootingKnowledge of Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or OpenTofu
