Staff Backend Software Engineer

Key Responsibilities: Architect and design scalable, high-performance software solutions in alignment with project requirements and company standards.Optimise existing systems for performance, scalability, and reliability, identifying and resolving bottlenecks and inefficiencies.Actively engage in hands-on coding and development, ensuring code quality, scalability, and maintainability.Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, communicating technical concepts and project updates.Provide technical leadership, guiding and mentoring junior engineers in the team.Qualifications: Experience in software engineering, focusing on scalable system design and development.Strong experience in backend server development with proficiency in a modern programming language such as Go, TypeScript, or Python.
