Senior UX Engineer

Responsibilities We are looking for a highly motivated, self-starting Senior UX Engineer with a passion for developing great UX. You will be responsible for creating high-quality, engaging user experiences across our platforms to deliver seamless, user-centric solutions. You thrive in a hands-on role and enjoy working through every step of the process from ideation to deployment You’re passionate about designing with the user in mind and building highly functional, accessible interfaces You value a collaborative environment where great user experiences and great technology are equally prioritised What You'll Do Collaborate with designers, product managers and engineers to define and refine UI/UX requirements Design and implement user interfaces using modern web technologies, ensuring responsiveness, scalability and performance Rapidly prototype and iterate on designs to validate and refine user experiences Maintain a consistent look and feel across web and mobile platforms while adhering to brand guidelines Apply design principles, accessibility standards (such as WCAG), and UX best practices to create polished and functional interfaces About You Extensive experience in front-end development and/or UX/UI development. Proficiency in modern JavaScript frameworks (such as React.js or Vue.js) and state management Strong HTML5, CSS3, and responsive development skills Experience working with APIs, JSON data, and managing state in client-side applications Solid understanding of UX principles, wireframing, and experience working from visual design tools (such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD) Preferred Qualifications Experience with micro-interactions to enhance user experience, CSS pre-processors (e.g. Sass, Less) Understanding of accessibility standards and experience with inclusive user interfaces Knowledge of mobile-first and responsive design, and experience with React Native or other mobile frameworks Familiarity with UX research methods and usability testing What We Offer Generous and flexible annual leave allowanceHealth InsurancePaid Family LeaveHybrid Working
