Description

Job Title: Java Full Stack Engineer Location: Sydney, Australia Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain Java/Spring Boot microservices, REST APIs, and event-driven applications using Kafka and/or IBM MQ.Build and integrate AWS cloud and serverless solutions using Lambda, S3, IAM, CloudWatch, and Step Functions.Develop scalable SQL and NoSQL database solutions, including database design, queries, optimization, and application integration.Contribute to full-stack development using React.js, Next.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, and Redux/Redux Toolkit.Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, TeamCity, and UrbanCode Deploy while following Agile practices and ensuring application security and observability. Skills Required: Backend: Strong hands-on experience with Java 8/11/17+, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, Kafka/IBM MQ, and event-driven architecture.Cloud: Practical experience with AWS Lambda, S3, IAM, CloudWatch, Step Functions, and serverless architectures.Frontend: Experience with React.js, Next.js, Redux/Redux Toolkit, JavaScript/TypeScript, and Testing Library React.DevOps & Tools: Proficiency in GitHub, GitHub Actions, TeamCity, UrbanCode Deploy, Jira, Confluence, and CI/CD pipeline implementation.Database, Monitoring & Security: Knowledge of Oracle/MSSQL/Aurora, NoSQL, Splunk/Observe, Grafana, Prometheus, AppDynamics, secure coding, certificate/secrets management, and vulnerability assessment.
