Description: Lead a project team consisting of controls engineers, technicians, contractors, and equipment vendors to implement stamping equipment projects from budget development through production handover to meet the project KPI targets for Safety, Quality, Productivity, and Cost. Research, develop, and implement new safety, quality assurance, and production technologies.Through training and On the Job Development, become a Stamping Equipment technical expert.Lead and train new engineers and co-ops on stamping equipment best practices.Support and contribute to the client's global information sharing and Kaizen developmentEducation/Experience: Bachelor's degree in engineering (or higher), MBA is an assetManufacturing or Stamping Industry experience – 5 years requiredProject management experience – 5 years requiredBe eligible to become a Professional Engineer in the province of Ontario.
