Required Skills & Experience - 5+ years with Go - React experience - Strong understanding of different testing models. e.g Understanding when to use unit versus end-to-end. - Good communication skills and ability to work autonomously - Worked on a project surrounding information security Nice to Have Skills & Experience - Prompt engineering experience. - AI/LLM projects (personal or professional). - Exposure to LLMs and ability to integrate them. - Mentorship experience. Job Description Insight Global is hiring a Software Developer for a technology client in a fully remote, full-time role. In this position, you will contribute to the design and development of a new AI-driven document management platform. Your work will involve building features using Go, and contributing to front end development using React. The team is working to integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) for advanced document analysis and data processing. This role requires strong technical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment. We may use artificial intelligence tools to assist with the screening, assessment, or selection of potential applicants for this position.
