Software Product Manager

As a strategic partner to a leading global cloud networking company, we are expanding our professional services team. About the Role: We are looking for a technically minded Product Manager to own the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of internal and customer-facing business tools supporting the sales and order lifecycle. This role requires someone who understands how enterprise systems work together across CRM, quoting/CPQ, product configuration, order management, ERP, and quote-to-cash workflows. The ideal candidate has experience working with platforms such as NetSuite or similar ERP systems and understands the complexities of configuring and selling technical or networking products. Because our products and customers operate within the networking space, hands-on knowledge of networking concepts and technologies is required. Candidates who began their careers in technical support, network support, engineering, solutions engineering, or a similar technical function and later transitioned into Product Management are particularly well suited for this role. Responsibilities: Own product strategy, roadmap, and backlog for internal business tools.Manage workflows across ERP, CRM, CPQ, quoting, order management, and fulfillment.Translate business requirements into user stories, product requirements, and technical specifications.Partner with engineering, architecture, sales, operations, and finance teams.Improve processes related to sales orders, product configuration, Bill of Materials (BOM), and quote-to-cash.Lead product releases and drive adoption and continuous improvement. Required Qualifications: 4+ years of Product Management, Product Owner, or related experience.Experience with ERP systems, preferably NetSuite or similar platforms.Experience with order management, sales order management, CPQ, quoting, product configuration, BOM, or quote-to-cash workflows.Experience working with CRM systems and integrations.Networking or network technology experience is required.Strong experience working with technical and engineering teams.Agile/Scrum experience and familiarity with tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps. Preferred Background: Previous experience in technical support, network support, network engineering, systems engineering, or solutions engineering before moving into Product Management.Experience supporting networking, telecommunications, or other technically complex products.
