As a DevSecOps Engineer at DEIF, you will help develop, secure, and optimise the platforms, tools, and infrastructure that support product development across our global R&D organisation.
Working closely with developers, architects, cybersecurity specialists, and IT, you will drive automation, strengthen security, and enhance our CI/CD environment through modern DevSecOps practices, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and AI-powered solutions.

You will work with technologies such as GitLab, Ansible, cloud services, and server environments while helping shape the future of software and hardware development at DEIF.
With direct report to the Department Manager, DevSecOps & Tools, you will work within a dedicated team focused on supporting the smooth development process across DEIF’s product portfolio.

Your Main Tasks Are
Maintaining and optimising CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitLab and their associated runnersAutomating development processes to improve overall efficiency using tools such as Ansible (IaC)Ensuring development security and reporting using tools such as DependencyTrack and DefectDOJOMonitoring system performance and ensuring seamless builds and integrations like ZabbixCollaborating with software development teams to define future CI/CD setup requirementsKeeping updated on the latest trends in security, server environments and automation
Your profile
You have experience with CI/CD pipelines, preferably GitLab, and are familiar with container technologies such as Docker.
You are proficient in Bash and Python scripting, have experience with Linux and Windows server environments, and are comfortable working with Infrastructure as Code using Ansible.
You actively leverage AI in your daily work and have experience with version control systems such as Git and SVN.
Experience with embedded software development is an advantage.
You hold a degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field and are a proactive team player with a passion for DevSecOps, automation, and continuous improvement.
