About the role
We’re looking for a Backend Engineer to help architect and scale the systems powering the company's real-time logistics and operations.
This is a high-impact role for an engineer who enjoys solving ambiguous problems and working with complex systems.
You’ll build backend services that support web and mobile products while tackling challenges across logistics, routing, automation, scalability, and reliability.
You’ll work closely with frontend, mobile, product, and operations teams and play an important role in shaping how the company designs and scales its backend infrastructure.
What You’ll Do
Design, build, and maintain high-quality backend systems using languages such as Java and GoLead major technical initiatives across vehicle routing optimization, logistics automation, scalability, and reliabilityOwn backend architecture and drive solutions to complex, ambiguous, and high-impact problemsBuild and scale core APIs, services, and data stores that support the company's products and operationsEstablish best practices around testing, monitoring, observability, reliability, and system performancePartner with product and engineering leadership to translate technical priorities into quarterly roadmapsCollaborate closely with frontend, mobile, product, and operations teams to deliver end-to-end solutionsMentor other engineers through technical guidance, design reviews, code reviews, and hands-on collaboration
