Job Title: PHP Developer (Part-Time, Remote) Location: 100% Remote (EST/CST preferred) Full Time About the Role: Our design client is seeking a skilled PHP Developer to join their team as a full time employee. This is a fully remote role with a flexible schedule—you choose when you work, as long as weekly deliverables and deadlines are consistently met. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in an independent work environment, communicates clearly, and is committed to high-quality, reliable development work. What You’ll Do: Develop, maintain, and enhance PHP-based web applicationsTroubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing codeCollaborate with team members to understand project requirements and deliver solutionsEnsure clean, secure, and well-documented codeMeet weekly deadlines and participate in occasional check-ins as needed What We’re Looking For: 3+ years of experience with PHP development (current/recent work)Strong understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)Experience with MySQL or other relational databasesFamiliarity with version control tools like GitAbility to work independently and manage time effectivelyExcellent communication skillsComfortable working in a deadline-driven environmentCandidates in EST or CST time zones are preferred (client is based in Atlanta, GA) Nice to Have: Experience with Laravel or other PHP frameworksFamiliarity with APIs and integration workPrevious experience in a freelance or contract-based role
