Are you an experienced infrastructure engineer looking to take ownership of a complex, multi-vendor IT environment? Do you want to shape secure, scalable systems across on-premises and cloud? Then you might be the person we are looking for.
As our new Senior IT System Engineer, you will be part of our IT Infrastructure team and play an important role in implementing, maintaining, and optimizing enterprise IT infrastructure across on-premises and cloud environments.
You will work closely with IT and business stakeholders to ensure the availability, security, performance, and scalability of the systems and services that support business operations.

What Your Day Will Look Like
In this role, you will typically focus on:
Administering and supporting enterprise Windows Server and Linux infrastructure, including Active Directory, Azure AD (Entra ID), Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and certificate services.
Maintaining enterprise server, storage, and virtualization infrastructure (ESXi/VMware), including clusters, high availability, and disaster recovery environments.
Managing cloud infrastructure and security in Microsoft Azure and Office 365, including identity management and resource optimization.
Managing network infrastructure and architecture, including switches, firewalls, and routers, LAN/WAN/SD-WAN, and Zscaler (ZIA, ZPA, ZDX) to support zero trust and secure access.
Implementing security best practices, patch management, and endpoint and identity protection, supporting audits, compliance initiatives, and risk assessments.
Monitoring system performance and capacity, evaluating new technologies, and maintaining documentation, diagrams, and operational runbooks.
What You'll Bring
5+ years of experience with Windows Server environments.
Hands-on experience with Fortinet, Juniper, or equivalent enterprise network technologies.
Hands-on experience with VMware vSphere.
Strong troubleshooting skills in complex, multi-vendor environments.
The ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
The ability to travel domestically and internationally.

For this role, the Annual Base Salary ranges from €70,000 to €90,000, corresponding to the level of the position, expected experience and responsibilities.
