Job Summary We are looking for an experienced engineer to support customer IX Platform modernization initiatives The role focuses on application migration containerization deployment automation CICD enablement platform integrations and cloud adoption The candidate will work closely with development architecture and platform teams to onboard and deploy applications onto the IX Platform Primary Skills GCP GKE Docker Terraform Ansible Jenkins GitHub Actions CICD Automation Key Responsibilities Application Modernization Migration Support migration of existing applications to cloudnative environments Drive application containerization using Docker Analyze application dependencies and deployment requirements Collaborate with development teams during modernization initiatives Deployment Release Engineering Build and maintain CICD pipelines using Jenkins and GitHub Actions Automate deployment processes across nonproduction and production environments Develop Infrastructure as Code IaC solutions using Terraform Implement configuration management using Ansible Platform Deployment Integration Support onboarding of applications onto the IX Platform Enable integrations using REST APIs SOAP services JMS messaging XML and JSON Assist in deployment of IX use cases and platform extensions Work with multiple downstream systems and eventdriven integrations Cloud DevOps Deploy and support containerized workloads on GCP environments Work closely with platform teams responsible for GKE infrastructure Troubleshoot deployment configuration and application runtime issues Implement DevOps and release automation best practices Skills Mandatory Skills : Ansible, GKE, Jenkins, Terraform
