Senior .NET Developer Pearson Carter are currently working with a market-leading healthcare technology organisation that is investing heavily in its in-house technology team. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced Senior .NET Developer to help drive the development of secure, scalable and user-friendly healthcare applications. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established organisation where technology plays a key role in improving healthcare delivery and patient outcomes. You'll work across modern .NET and React technologies, cloud infrastructure, APIs and integrations, contributing to greenfield projects while collaborating with a close-knit Digital team. Responsibilities Develop and maintain applications using C# and modern .NET.Design REST APIs and integrations with NHS FHIR, e-RS and third-party APIs.Build secure, scalable cloud applications using Azure.Develop modern React applications using TypeScript.Collaborate with clinical leads, stakeholders and developers to deliver software solutions.Follow best practices around GDPR, NHS Information Governance and healthcare compliance.Mentor Junior and Mid-level developers and contribute to code reviews.Work within an Agile environment, supporting testing, CI/CD and DevOps practices. Experience 5 years' commercial full-stack development experience.Strong C# and modern .NET (6) experience.Experience designing and delivering scalable cloud-based .NET services.Strong React and TypeScript skills.Good knowledge of REST APIs, OOP and Git.Strong SQL and PostgreSQL experience, including Dapper or equivalent.Experience with unit., integration and E2E testing.Experience with CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.Ability to mentor developers and contribute to technical decisions.Strong communication and problem-solving skills Salary Salary is dependent on experience but is looking to pay up to £70,000 per annum. Location This role is based in Manchester and operates on a hybrid basis (3 days from home, 2 in office).
