Position Overview
We are seeking a senior Full Stack .NET Developer with a minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience to join a leading enterprise project team based in Toronto.
This role involves supporting, maintaining, and scaling critical financial and banking applications.
The ideal candidate will bring solid full-stack expertise across backend APIs, legacy components, web servers, relational databases, and version control systems in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and maintain robust full-stack web applications using C#, VB.NET, and the MS .NET Framework (MVC).Build and optimize backend relational database solutions using MS SQL Server, including writing complex queries, stored procedures, and performance tuning.Configure, manage, and deploy application interfaces hosted on IIS (Internet Information Services) web servers.Maintain and write code across both modern object-oriented languages (C#, Java) and legacy codebases (VB.NET).Manage source code, version branching, and team collaboration using Git and Bitbucket.Collaborate closely with cross-functional technical teams to translate financial business requirements into scalable software architecture.
