Senior Associate Full Stack Engineer: THIS ROLE DOES NOT SPONSOR ANY WORK VISA - US CITIZEN OR GC ONLY We are seeking a Senior Associate Full Stack Engineer to lead the development of modern, scalable web applications for a complex, high-visibility project. This role requires deep expertise in React, Next.js, and TypeScript, with the ability to architect and build performant, user-centric experiences. You will work closely with product managers, designers, and engineering teams to create intuitive interfaces, establish front-end best practices, and deliver highly maintainable applications. Strong UX knowledge is highly preferred, as this role will drive both technical excellence and user experience outcomes. Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain complex web applications using React, Next.js, and TypeScript.Build scalable, reusable, and maintainable front-end architectures.Develop high-performance, responsive, and accessible user interfaces.Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to translate designs into seamless user experiences.Implement modern front-end patterns, state management, and data-fetching strategies.Optimize application performance, reliability, and scalability.Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical decision-making.Mentor junior and mid-level developers and promote engineering best practices.Work in an agile environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver business value. Skills & Experience 8+ years of professional software engineering experience.Strong expertise in React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript development.Hands-on experience building applications with Next.js.Experience with TanStack ecosystem (TanStack Start, Router, Query, or related technologies).Advanced proficiency in TypeScript and modern front-end architecture patterns.Strong understanding of component-based design and application scalability.Experience building responsive, performant, and accessible web applications.Strong knowledge of front-end testing, debugging, and performance optimization.Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments. Preferred Strong UX and user-centered design knowledge.Experience partnering closely with product and design teams.Familiarity with modern design systems and component libraries.Experience building enterprise-scale digital products. Nice to Know This is a front-end focused role.Java, Spring Boot, and Python experience are not required.The ideal candidate is a senior-level engineer with deep expertise in React, Next.js, TypeScript, and modern front-end architecture.
