DevOps Engineer

Key Responsibilities Design, develop, maintain, and troubleshoot reusable Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and Ansible.Develop and manage automated machine-image creation and lifecycle processes using Packer.Manage GitHub repositories and GitHub Actions for source control, code reviews, CI/CD, and automated deployments.Support Azure platform operations, including subscription provisioning, VNet implementation, Azure Policy, DNS, and related infrastructure activities.Provide operational support and troubleshooting for EfficientIP and SFTPGo environments.Investigate infrastructure issues, coordinate with relevant teams, and contribute to continuous service improvements.Identify opportunities to automate recurring operational and infrastructure activities.Collaborate effectively with Product, Engineering, and Operations stakeholders.Work independently in environments where requirements may be evolving or not fully defined.Required Skills & Experience Strong hands-on experience with Terraform and Ansible.Practical experience with Packer and automated machine-image management.Good knowledge of GitHub and GitHub Actions.Solid understanding of Microsoft Azure cloud services and infrastructure.Experience with Azure networking, security, VNets, Azure Policy, and DNS is highly desirable.Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.Experience working with CI/CD and infrastructure automation practices.Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.Proactive, autonomous, and comfortable taking ownership of technical activities.
