As part of a growing Data & Technology team, you will support enterprise-wide automation and AI solutions that help business teams operate more efficiently, reliably, and at scale. Your New Role As an Automation Support Analyst (Site Reliability Engineering), you will play a critical role in ensuring the stability, reliability, and performance of production automation platforms, AI-powered workflows, copilots, and intelligent agents. You will be responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting, and supporting enterprise automation solutions while partnering with various technology and business teams to maintain service excellence. Monitoring and supporting production automations, AI-powered workflows, copilots, and agentic solutions across UiPath, Power Platform, Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, and related technologies.Managing UiPath Orchestrator environments including queues, assets, schedules, robots, triggers, monitoring, and exception handling.Performing incident triage, root cause analysis, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for automation and AI-related production incidents.Supporting releases, upgrades, deployments, change management activities, and post-release monitoring.Supporting Human-in-the-Loop processes, Action Center workflows, and exception management activities.Assisting with AI model deployments, prompt management, and knowledge source integrations.Managing credentials, service accounts, access requests, and security-related operational support.Collaborating with Infrastructure, Security, Database, Application Support, and business stakeholders to resolve issues and improve system reliability.Creating and maintaining operational documentation, runbooks, support procedures, and knowledge articles. What You'll Need to Succeed: 3+ years of experience supporting, administering, or developing enterprise automation, workflow, or AI-enabled solutions.Strong hands-on experience with UiPath Orchestrator administration, including queues, assets, schedules, triggers, robots, monitoring, and operational support.Experience troubleshooting and resolving production automation incidents within enterprise environments.Knowledge of UiPath ecosystem components including Document Understanding, AI Center, Action Center, Integration Service, and Apps.Experience with Microsoft Power Platform technologies including Power Automate, Power Apps, and Copilot Studio.Familiarity with Azure AI Foundry, generative AI technologies, AI agents, and Copilot solutions.Strong SQL skills with experience troubleshooting database-related issues.Knowledge of GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, APIs, Windows Server environments, virtual machines, cloud platforms, and automation deployment practices.Experience working with ITSM and incident management tools such as ServiceNow.Excellent problem-solving, analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.Preferred qualifications include: UiPath Professional or Advanced Developer Certification.Microsoft certifications in AI, Azure AI, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, or related technologies.Experience supporting AI agents, copilots, and Generative AI-enabled business solutions.
