Role Description The engineer will collaborate closely with cross-functitrols Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Muscat. This position is responsible for commissioning, configuring, and testing control systems for thermal energy and cooling solutions, ensuring that installations meet performance, safety, and quality standards. Day-to-day tasks include integrating control hardware and software, validating system functionality, diagnosing and resolving issues, and optimizing control parameteonal teams, including software developers, project managers, and field technicians, to support system deployment, perform site inspections, and document commissioning procedures. The role also involves providing technical support, training operational staff on control systems, and contributing feedback to improve product design and performance. Qualifications Hands-on Troubleshooting skills for control systems, sensors, actuators, and communication networks, with a systematic approach to fault diagnosis.Experience in HVAC, building automation, or energy management systems is an advantage, as is exposure to AI/IoT-based control solutions.Relevant bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechatronics, Control Systems Engineering, or a closely related field.Familiarity with BMS, PLCs, SCADA, or similar control platforms, and basic understanding of industrial communication protocols.Ability to work safely on-site, manage multiple commissioning activities, and maintain clear technical documentation and reports.Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, clients, and operations personnel.
