Role Overview: Job Title: Senior Ruby Engineer Location: London - Hybrid (4 days in the office) Salary: Up to £110k per annum We are partnering with an innovative company based in London seeking a skilled and motivated Senior Ruby Engineer to join their dynamic team. As a Senior Ruby Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the team by contributing hands-on to product development while also guiding and mentoring junior developers. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hybrid technical leadership position, balancing their time between coding and coaching. Key Responsibilities: Programming (75%):Build and maintain robust, scalable Ruby applications.Write clean, efficient, and testable code following industry best practices.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions.Coaching and Mentoring (25%):Provide technical guidance and support to team members.Lead code reviews, fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement.Act as a mentor to junior developers, helping them grow in their roles.
