Assignment Description
We are looking for offshore/remote consultants with strong hands-on experience in Elasticsearch and Grafana to support, administer, automate, and enhance an infrastructure platform built on Docker, Elasticsearch, Grafana, Python, and Linux.
The consultants should have practical, hands-on experience with Elasticsearch and Grafana and be able to become productive in the role within a short timeframe.
The ability to work independently, troubleshoot issues, and contribute from the beginning of the assignment is important.
The objective of the assignment is to contribute to a stable, scalable, and highly available platform with a strong level of automation and well-documented operational procedures.
About the Assignment
The consultants will work with the operation, maintenance, development, and continuous improvement of the platform.
Key responsibilities include:
Administration and management of highly available Elasticsearch clustersElasticsearch index management and Index Lifecycle Management (ILM) automationDevelopment and maintenance of Grafana dashboards using Elasticsearch dataApplication deployment using Docker ComposePython development for automation and data synchronizationData synchronization between Google BigQuery and ElasticsearchInstallation, configuration, patching, and upgrading of platform componentsTechnical support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvementsDocumentation of solutions and operational proceduresThe assignment will be carried out remotely in collaboration with internal teams, with a focus on platform reliability, automation, and minimizing disruption during changes and upgrades.
