Description

Role Overview We are looking for a French- and English-speaking AI / Computer Vision Engineer based in Poland to support a strategic customer engagement. The role will support coordination between the customer's teams in France and the R&D and Testing Lab. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in AI, Computer Vision and Edge Computing, with Rail experience being highly preferred. The candidate will act as a technical bridge between customer stakeholders and offshore engineering teams, ensuring clear requirements, effective communication and smooth project delivery. Must-Have Skills • 3–5+ years: Experience in AI / Computer Vision / Machine Learning • Strong: Computer Vision experience • Strong: Edge Computing / Edge AI experience • Knowledge: Perception AI, including image/video-based use cases • Mandatory: Fluent French and English • Strong: Technical communication and stakeholder management • Experience: Working with distributed / international engineering teams • Ability: Understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements • Experience: Customer-facing technical roles • Highly Preferred: Rail / Railway / Rolling Stock experience
