Make a difference to a vital part of our business This role involves collaborating with Akamai's product and engineering teams to strengthen our Secure Software Development Lifecycle (S-SDLC). You will apply your expertise to threat modeling, triaging security findings, working on triage agents, and guiding remediation within CI/CD workflows. By embedding security at scale, you will help ensure our applications meet the highest standards of reliability and trustworthiness. As a Security Architect, You Will Be Responsible For Integrating security practices into the SSDLC across multiple product teamsPerforming threat modeling, design reviews, and secure code reviewsTriaging and prioritizing findings from SAST, DAST, SCA, secrets scanning, and container security toolsCreating, running, and improving agentic AI for triaging findings and remediation efforts.Partnering with developers and DevOps engineers to guide remediation and validate fixesCreating and maintaining security standards, developer guidelines, and policiesDriving the integration of security tools into CI/CD pipelines and build workflows Do What You Love To be successful in this role you will: Bring relevant of hands-on Product/Application Security experienceHave proven expertise in SSDLC, secure design, and secure coding practicesBe hands-on with SAST, DAST, SCA, IAST, and container security toolsShow expertise in secure AI implementation during software creation, developing and deploying agentic AI solutions for addressing security findings effectively.Possess working experience with GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket, Jira/ServiceNow, and CI/CD pipelinesUnderstand cloud-native environments, Docker, and KubernetesCommunicate clearly across engineering, product, and infosec teams About Us At Akamai, we make life better for billions of people, trillions of times a day.
