Familiarity with low-level Java internals, observability tools, and telemetry solutions is highly desirable. Additional skills in containerization, Kubernetes, and experience with build tools such as Gradle or Maven will be considered a plus. The ability to work autonomously, communicate effectively across teams, and own projects from conception to deployment is critical.
