Business Development Representative | Agentic AI | €65-75k OTE Für ein von Speedinvest finanziertes Agentic-AI-Startup suche ich die ersten BDRs für den DACH-Markt in Berlin. Das Unternehmen hat gerade €3,1 Mio. Pre-Seed Funding eingesammelt und baut einen Agentic-AI-Layer auf bestehenden ERP-Systemen. Ein echter Greenfield-Markt mit aktuell kaum vergleichbaren Lösungen. Was die Rolle spannend macht: • €65-75k OTE + Equity • Klarer Entwicklungspfad zum Account Executive in 6-12 Monaten • Direkte Zusammenarbeit mit Foundern und GTM-Team • Qualität statt Massen-Outbound: ca. 10 Accounts pro Tag, 3-5 Discovery Meetings pro Woche • Eine überraschend offene Zielgruppe, die echtes Interesse an AI und neuen Lösungen mitbringt Gesucht werden ambitionierte Leute am Anfang ihrer Karriere.
