Technical Requirements 4+ years of experience building and shipping production-grade web applications across the full stack.Strong proficiency with modern frontend technologies including React, TypeScript/JavaScript, Redux, and TailwindCSS.Strong backend development experience using Python, Node.js, Go, or C++.Experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs and/or gRPC services using Protocol Buffers.Deep understanding of modern software architecture, including component-based frontend design, backend service architecture, and API design.Experience working with PostgreSQL, MySQL, DynamoDB, Redis, or other relational and NoSQL databases.Familiarity with distributed systems, asynchronous processing, and event-driven architectures using technologies such as Kafka, Celery, AWS SQS, or similar.Experience deploying and operating applications in cloud environments (AWS preferred).Strong understanding of software engineering best practices, testing, code reviews, observability, and performance optimization. Nice to Have Experience with Three.js or other web-based 3D visualization frameworks.Experience with Next.js or other SSR/SSG frameworks.Knowledge of WebAssembly or Rust for performance-critical applications.Experience designing authentication, authorization, and role-based access control systems.Familiarity with manufacturing software, CAD visualization, PLM/MES/ERP integrations, or other industrial software.Experience building highly interactive, real-time collaborative web applications.Startup experience shipping products in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
