About The Role We are seeking a highly experienced PHP Developer to join our dynamic team on a remote basis. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects that require expertise in web development, particularly in PHP, JavaScript, and SQL. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of over ten years in web development, with at least five years specializing in PHP, JQuery, and JavaScript. The successful applicant will be responsible for participating in the full project lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and support, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions. Qualifications Minimum of 10+ years of experience in web development.At least 5+ years of hands-on experience with PHP, JQuery, and JavaScript.Strong proficiency in SQL with 3+ years of experience in database management and querying.Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot critical production issues.Strong documentation skills to ensure code reusability and maintainability.Ability to work independently in a remote setting and collaborate effectively with team members. Responsibilities Participate actively in all phases of the project lifecycle, including requirements analysis, system design, implementation, testing, deployment, and ongoing support.Develop, test, and maintain high-quality web applications using PHP, JavaScript, and related technologies.Document code thoroughly to facilitate future support and reuse by other engineers.Identify and troubleshoot critical issues in production environments promptly to minimize downtime and impact.Adhere to established software development standards and best practices, including SDLC and Agile methodologies, to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality solutions.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into technical specifications.Stay updated with the latest industry trends and incorporate best practices into development processes.
