As a Senior Platform Engineer at Legora, you'll join an enabling team focused on making life easier for developers.
Your mission: improve reliability, boost performance, and build a rock-solid platform that scales with the company.
You'll work hands-on across infrastructure and backend systems, helping teams ship faster, safer, and smarter.
What you will be doing
Operate and evolve our Kubernetes and CNCF-aligned platform: cluster lifecycle, workload primitives, autoscaling, and the golden paths product teams build onOwn cloud ops end-to-end: networking, IAM, secrets, capacity, and cost across Azure, AWS, and GCPMaintain and expand our growing processing regional architecture: independent Regions, data residency, per-Region operations, and the customer-selectable Region model.Drive infrastructure as code with Pulumi: modules, guardrails, and review patterns the rest of engineering ships throughImprove reliability, performance, and cost: SLOs, observability, autoscaling, capacity planning, and on-call and incident responseAnchor the platform discipline in NYC and partner closely with SRE and Foundations across regions
Who you are
You have years of experience as a backend engineer but have solid infrastructure, observability, and monitoring know-howExperience with KubernetesExperience with Pulumi (preferred) or similar IaC tools like AWS CDK, TerraformBut most importantly, you are someone who:"Gets stuff done" and understands building a $10bn company isn't always glamorous and takes hard work and long hoursProactively and independently solves the most burning problemsStrives in a fast-paced environment where the answers aren't always clear and processes are few
