Description

As TCS an international IT and BPO company we are seeking a highly motivated Network Engineer (DDI solutions) to join one of our banking projects. Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in managing/configuring of enterprise networks or DDI solutionsKnowledge of DNS, DHCP and IP address Management protocolsExperience with DDI tools (TCPWave, Bluecat or Infoblox) would be advantageousAbility to work with virtual and in-person teams, and work under pressure or to a deadlineAbility to operate with a limited level of direct supervision.Experience in a financial services or large complex and/or global environment preferredEffective written and verbal communication skillsEffective analytic/diagnostic skills Responsibilities: Create complex project plans, perform impact analyses solve/work high impact problems/projects, and provide resolutions to restore DDI servicesDrive Root Cause Analysis (RCA) post restoration of serviceDesign testing approaches, complex processes, reporting streams, and create automation of repetitive tasksReview requirement documents, define hardware requirements and examine and update processes and procedures as necessary for DDI environmentCollaborate with network architects, network security and network operations teams to implement best practices for DDI servicesAppropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
