is seeking a Java Software Engineer with 3 years of professional experience.
The successful candidate will support the development and maintenance of enterprise-grade applications that enable Egon’s global business operations.

The position follows a hybrid work model, combining remote work with on-site collaboration.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain Java-based applications using Spring Boot and related frameworks.Assist in designing and implementing RESTful APIs and backend services.Collaborate with global and regional teams to understand requirements and deliver assigned features.Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.Participate in code reviews and follow established Git branching strategies.Support CI/CD pipelines for build, test, and deployment activities.Work with relational databases, write SQL queries, and assist in schema updates.Troubleshoot application issues and support production environments under guidance.
Requirements
2–3 years of professional experience in Java software development.Working knowledge of Java and Spring frameworks (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, basic Spring Security).Familiarity with RESTful API development and basic distributed system concepts.Experience using Git for version control and collaborative development.Basic to intermediate experience with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, or similar).Understanding of CI/CD concepts and exposure to tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI.Good problem-solving skills and willingness to learn.Effective communication skills and ability to work in a global team environment.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Preferred Skills
