About the role We are seeking a talented and motivated Cloud Engineer to join our Managed Services team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting, maintaining, optimizing, and troubleshooting cloud environments to ensure high availability, performance, and security for our clients. You will work closely with internal teams and cloud providers to deliver reliable cloud infrastructure solutions and technical support. Key responsibilities Install, configure, maintain, and optimize cloud environments.Provide technical support and guidance for the development and implementation of new cloud-related technologies.Perform monitoring, troubleshooting, and incident resolution for cloud infrastructure.Escalate incidents and technical issues to cloud providers when necessary.Conduct periodic configuration reviews, health checks, and infrastructure audits.Prepare regular maintenance, support, and operational reports.Ensure cloud environments meet performance, availability, and security standards.Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality managed services to clients. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure concepts and architecture.Experience as a Cloud Administrator for at least 2 years.Familiarity with Linux and/or Windows operating systems, including basic administration and command-line operations.Understanding of CI/CD concepts and automation practices.Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Experience in creating technical documentation, maintenance reports, and incident reports.Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automation tools is a plus, including Terraform, Ansible, Bash/Shell Scripting, and other automation tools.
