Lead UI React Developer

Role Description The Lead UI ReactJS Developer is a full-time, on-site role based in Phoenix, AZ. This position is responsible for leading the design and development of responsive, user-centric web interfaces using ReactJS and related front-end technologies. Day-to-day tasks include translating requirements and UX designs into high-quality components, reviewing and optimizing code, mentoring junior developers, and collaborating with product managers, designers, and backend engineers. The Lead UI ReactJS Developer will ensure consistency in UI architecture, manage front-end performance and accessibility, and contribute to technical decision-making, standards, and best practices. The role also involves participating in code reviews, troubleshooting issues, and supporting continuous improvement of the front-end development process. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong front-end development skills, including ReactJS, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.Candidates should possess experience with UI/UX implementation, responsive design, and working with design systems or component libraries.Candidates should possess skills in modern front-end tooling such as Webpack, Babel, NPM/Yarn, and version control systems like Git.Candidates should possess expertise in integrating RESTful APIs, handling state management (e.g., Redux, Context API), and optimizing client-side performance.Candidates should possess leadership capabilities, including mentoring developers, conducting code reviews, and collaborating effectively in cross-functional teams.Candidates should possess strong problem-solving abilities, clear communication skills, and a structured approach to documentation and testing.Experience with Agile/Scrum environments, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (such as AWS or Azure) is beneficial.A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
