SQUALIO Team is looking for a Junior Delivery Engineer (Cloud and Data Security) who will take part in our IT projects implementation and maintenance. This is an excellent opportunity to explore new technologies and develop your skills while helping our customers to efficiently manage their IT and Cybersecurity environment. Responsibilities Take part in cloud and data & AI security projects - assessment, planning, implementation, migration, and maintenance.Set up and configure solutions according to requirements, advise, and consult involved parties and clients.Assist existing and potential customers to understand technology challenges, implement new solutions, and maintain existing ones.Work in cloud and data & AI security assessment projects and prepare assessment reports.Support customers and help with resolving their submitted tickets.Perform customer training.Lead workshops for customers.Explore new solutions and possibilities to develop the customer’s IT environment with the alignment of customers’ necessities and our possibilities. Requirements At least 1 years of practical experience as a computer systems administrator or in a similar role.Proven knowledge of managing Windows workstations, good understanding of Microsoft cloud services .Eagerness and ability to learn new technologies.Customer requirement analysis, ability to present and communicate effectively with IT system administrators, IT managers, and other involved parties during the implementation stage.Full professional proficiency in Latvian and English.Higher education in the field of IT, or in a related field, will count as an advantage.
