Role Overview: We are seeking a highly analytical and proactive Technical Support Engineer to provide multi-region, end-to-end support (Levels 1, 2, and 3). This is not a traditional help desk role; we require a specialist capable of deep-dive troubleshooting in SQL Server environments, API integrations, Linux/Windows administration, and DevOps workflows. The ideal candidate thrives under pressure, possesses an investigative mindset, and can bridge the gap between technical infrastructure and business supply chain logic. Key Responsibilities: • Database Administration: Manage SQL Server environments, including performing backups/restores, user configuration, role assignment, and job monitoring. Develop complex queries and troubleshoot database bottlenecks and errors. • Data Integration & ETL: Create, modify, and troubleshoot SSIS packages. Manage data files (XML, TXT) ensuring correct encoding (ANSI, UTF-8, Unicode UCS-2 LE). • API & Web Services: Perform troubleshooting for web services and APIs. Utilize tools like Postman or Hoppscotch to execute API calls and validate responses. Manage SSL/TLS certificates on servers. • Infrastructure & DevOps: Administer Linux-based SFTP (creation, configuration, and maintenance). Provide troubleshooting support for Kubernetes and Talend environments. • Systems & Security: Manage Identity and Access Management (IAM) via SSO methods, including SAML, Okta, and Azure Active Directory. • Monitoring & Analysis: Analyze network metrics, disk I/O (read/write), and server performance. Utilize Power BI and Advanced Excel for data reporting and forecasting support. • Business Domain Support: Assist in troubleshooting tools related to Supply Chain management and forecasting calculations. Technical Requirements: • Databases: Expert knowledge of SQL Server & SSIS. • Programming/Scripting: Proficiency in Python and Advanced Excel (VBA/Programming). • DevOps/Cloud: Familiarity with Kubernetes, Talend, and Azure AD. • Operating Systems: Strong Linux administration skills (specifically SFTP). • Tools: Postman/Hoppscotch, Power BI, Excel, SSO (Okta/SAML).
